New York, NY, August 13, 2025 – Resilience, the leading cyber risk company, announced the appointment of Michelle Worrall as Global Director of Insurance Product. In this role, she will expand Resilience’s award winning insurance products and bolster the company’s ability to tailor solutions to the changing dynamics of the cyber risk landscape.
Worrall brings more than 30 collective years of experience across cyber insurance, Tech E&O, Media, and professional liability insurance, including claims, coverage, underwriting and product development to her role at Resilience. As Global Director of Insurance Product, Worrall will lead the further evolution of insurance innovations that have been the hallmark of Resilience clients’ satisfaction and success.
Worrall brings deep knowledge of insurance law, coverage analysis, and innovation across cyber, Tech E&O, Media Liability and related application of law, positioning her to play a key role in addressing emerging risks and enhancing Resilience’s comprehensive capabilities. Worrall’s role will support Resilience’s innovative approach to contract language, providing unparalleled clarity to clients and leading to faster, more clear claims processing.

Before joining Resilience, Worrall served as Cyber Product Counsel at Coalition and as Assistant Vice President and Cyber Product Specialist at Zurich, North America. Earlier, she co-founded a media liability managing general underwriting agency, which she later sold to an insurer, serving as vice president and media liability product manager. She is an active member of the American Bar Association and holds a Juris Doctorate from University of Kansas School of Law.
