New York, NY, August 6, 2025 – Resilience, the leading cyber risk company, announced the appointment of James C. Riviezzo as Head of North American Distribution and Strategy. This key hire supports Resilience’s evolution in the cyber risk market as the company continues to pair top-rated cyber insurance and tech E&O policies with its award-winning cyber risk platform to deliver better results for clients and capacity partners.
Riviezzo is a seasoned financial services and insurance leader with more than 25 years of industry experience and an established record of constructing and executing national distribution and field underwriting strategies for carriers, MGAs, and insurtechs. In his new role, Riviezzo will be responsible for building out the strategy and execution of Resilience’s broker network to further establish the company’s industry-leading insurance and software solutions.

Prior to joining Resilience, Riviezzo served as Head of National Broker Relations at At-Bay, where he was responsible for the strategic and tactical performance management of the company’s wholesale, retail, and digital brokerage partners. Prior to that, Riviezzo held leadership roles at Briza, a Toronto-based software insurtech, American International Group (AIG) where he directed the US Client Engagement Practice, Safety National Casualty Corporation, and Marsh, USA.
