George Kotsiopoulos

George Kotsiopoulos is the President of Resilience, leading the company’s strategic direction and global insurance operations. As a member of the executive leadership team, George brings 20 years of experience in various senior leadership positions across the insurance industry.
Prior to assuming the role of President, George served as Executive Vice President, Global Head of Distribution and Strategy for Resilience, where he oversaw the implementation of growth plans for the company’s global distribution and sales strategy. He has a deep understanding of the insurance landscape, including underwriting, sales, distribution, and strategy execution.
George has held senior leadership roles at Aspen Insurance Group, Zurich Financial Services, American International Group (AIG), and Aramarine Brokerage. He is a licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Broker, Excess Lines Insurance Broker, Reinsurance Intermediary, and a member of the Excess Lines Association of New York (ELANY).
