Mehvish Femia
Chief Legal Officer
Mehvish Femia is the Chief Legal Officer at Resilience, where she oversees global functions including legal, information security, people management, and commercial facilities. With over 20 years of experience in the insurance and legal sectors, she has held key leadership roles at Digital Partners (a Munich Re company), Beazley, and The Hartford. Since joining Resilience in 2021, Mehvish has been instrumental in the company’s expansion, spearheading the global formation of its SaaS and insurance entities and serving as a director on numerous subsidiary boards. She holds a B.A. with honors from the University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
